Best Reggae Album... 73 Albums For Your Consideration @ Grammy Awards 2026

The first round of voting (October 3 - 15) for the 68th Grammy Awards is currently underway. Social media is awash with "For Your Consideration" posts and reels from artists and labels, trying to attract the attention of the Academy members.

In the "Best Reggae Album" category, 73 albums were accepted as valid entries and five of these will advance to the final round of voting. The nominations will be announced on November 7th. To get a clear overview of who has the chance to be nominated, we present the complete list of all 73 albums below.

But first, a somewhat shorter list, nonetheless, one with top-notch names and music well worth listening to. We highly recommend to check these album. Simply click on the album name and you'll find the album details, including the tracklist, audio link, video, and, in some cases, even a review.

The following 25 album releases did NOT make it into the first round of voting for the Grammys. Perhaps they weren't submitted, the deadline was missed, or other criteria weren't met!? We don't know the exact reasons for this. But it does show that the often-discussed low number of entries in the "Best Reggae Album" category isn't due to a lack of releases.
